Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. No information here or in a linked third-party result may be used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
Information Accuracy
Government records are corrected, access portals change, fees can be revised, and historical holdings or digitization coverage may change. The service aims to point visitors to documented sources, but it does not guarantee that an office detail, link, coverage date, or result is current. Confirm important information with the office that holds the record.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing here is legal advice. The service describes available sources and their general access rules for Santa Fe. A visitor should consult a qualified attorney for advice about a record, estate, dispute, or legal right.
Lawful Use Required
Public records serve defined public purposes and must not be used to harm someone. Do not use information reached through this service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure a person. Such conduct may violate the New Mexico Harassment and Stalking Act, NMSA 1978 ยงยง 30-3A-1 through 30-3A-3.1, as well as other law and these Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Services
Search forms may be provided by outside companies. This service does not control their content, charges, availability, privacy practices, or results. A third-party result is not an official Santa Fe or New Mexico record and should be checked with the named custodian.
External Links
Links may lead to Assessor, Clerk, election, court, library, archive, and other official or historical resources. Outside websites operate independently, and this service is not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or availability.
No Records Are Hosted Here
This service does not hold a government roll, court file, certified vital record, directory volume, or recorded instrument. Obtaining, verifying, updating, or correcting a record requires direct contact with the office, library, archive, or other custodian that maintains it.
